A site called Wattpad and Book Publishing Beginnings
I figure that the best way to start this out, is to start at the beginning. Like all good Hollywood films, stories and hockey games, it is best to start at the beginning. I joined Wattpad thanks to some inspiration from a good pen pal friend of mine.

I began by posting only original works on there, such as 'Alias', 'Aspiring' and the rest of the Hat Trick series with 'Aspiring', which is actually unfinished STILL - a major writer pet peeve of mine. Sorry, everyone, I'll return to it someday hopefully when I find time and motivation to. But as I produced the original works and posted fan fictions on another site for hockey fan fictions, appropriately named: hockeyfanfiction.com, I realized how difficult it was to split time between the two sites. And with some jealous people popping up on the hockey site, I decided to focus on mainly using Wattpad as my writing outlet site.

In the transition, I uploaded a few of my favorites, as well as fan favorites to my account on here, including the Arrow Hawk series, which is finished up. I am a lot more happy with Wattpad and comfortable too. Granted it has it's own issues occasionally, but it is a marvelous site to get started on for young writers. It's a close nit community and easy to communicate with other writers!

I have grown to love this site a lot and I'd recommend it for any beginner writer, from fan fiction dribbles to more serious novellas or original content.

Nicknames and Meanings

My favorite animal growing up was a dolphin and people nicknamed me 'Dolphi' but that slowly died out. I actually like the name 'Evelyn', one I give myself based on people calling me this accidentally in High School and through college. I would often get called Evelyn by the teacher or told that I look like an Evelyn.
​
So then, I met Russian Hockey Players and made Evelyn the Russian form, which is 'Evelina', but I spell it, 'Evelyna'...playing with the spelling.
Before 2020, I discovered Finnish Pop and Russian Pop.
