A severe weather event strikes the city of Boston, because tornadoes can strike in New England now.
Our heroine, a young Evelyn Nado is at home when the tornado strikes. Her family flees the home without her. But, she is quite smart for her young age though and she is a young weather lover at heart. She manages to survive, by hiding in the bathroom, but she knows that the house around her is falling apart. She can hear the deafening roar from the twister as it barrels straight through her house. She spots the swirling black ominous cloud as it mocks her. Suddenly something, like a loose brick from the tub tumbles down and knocks her out.
When she comes to she finds that she has survived and is in the hospital. She has only a gash on her forehead to prove what happened.
In present day, a MUCH older Evelyn is speeding down a dirt road with her boyfriend Jadrian Windi. They are chasing after another tornado. They are amateur weather chasers, but enjoy the thrill of the chase. And since the clonk on the head, she appears to possess atmokinesis. She can control weather and more importantly tornadoes. She slowly learns and comes to realize this.
Meanwhile, the NWS is working on new technology. The leader of the project, Nicholas Nature and his assistant Brooklyn Squalline are working the new addition. Mackenzie Torcon, inventor of the TorCon program and August Echo, the intern mastermind behind all of the 'Echo's: Derecho, Bow Echo, and Hook Echo are also involved with the project.

Before they can make the next move, a mysterious stranger, who calls himself “Robin” confronts them with shattering news. Turns out Robin is more than he lets on. He’s a fairytale dragon-warrior from a land known as Mikrokosmos, which resides in the fantasy world known as Sonyeondan.

The concert goes smoothly along with a series of positive events for Jae. While Destiny is positive and good, Kwon Saag-han is not.
